Croquembouche, a French pastry filled with cream. it is perfect for events

croquembouche or croque-en-bouche is a French
dessert consisting of choux pastry balls fill with cream
and piled into a cone. They are bound with threads of
caramel.

In Italy and France. It is often served at
weddings, baptisms, and first communion. For a festive
wedding look, decorate them with chocolate, flowers,   and ribbons.
some of us at Chris Lindsay designs have to admit that these little
devils are so yummy its hard to eat just a few.
