 We are so lucky at Chris Lindsay designs to be able to travel and learn from some amazing talent. They are based all over the world. Favorite fresh floral for Mothers day... 2014

We are very lucky at Chris Lindsay Designs to have a huge variety of flowers from all over the world to create these wonderful flower arrangements for Mothers day. These floral were at the top of our list for variety, color and overall sensory appeal

Micro Phalaenopsis blooms in blush pink with
pink hyacinth, lily grass and a pearl wire weave The wristlet was created on an iridescent bracelet it was for a wonderful soft pink dress.

Spring flowers in all there glory...

Chris Lindsay designs team have a hard time choosing there favorite flower seasons, Its a toss up between Spring & Fall for the glory and bounty of flowers available. Hard to pick a favorite really. Spring has a
plethora of scents and abundant colors, from soft hues of blush
and Lavender to bold fuchsias, oranges and lemon to golden yellows. 
All the tulips, hyacinth, daffodils, muscari, and then lilac with its heavenly scent.

Tribute of flowers for Mothers Day

Chris Lindsay Designs is gearing up for another wonderful Mothers day

One of the classic ways to say how much your Mother
and the Mother of your children is a heartfelt gift
of fresh flowers.

 Some women are energetic and exuberant, vivid colors of orange and fuchsia are a great way to honor there personality. 

 
 When you think of her and she's all thats feminine and tranquil in your life. Soft shades of blush pinks, lavenders and peach are the perfect choice.

Fern shoot or Monkey tail. A curly stem for organic weddings

Fiddleheads or Fiddlehead greens 

are the furled fronds of a young fern or

Fern shoots, (Monkey Tail). Interestingly,

 while these look hardy they actually need

 allot of water. They are in fact the growing

tips of a new  fern frond.

We use these in boutonnieres, bouquets.

as well as arrangements and all sorts of other designs

for events. They look great with succulents

and grass weaving. Berries and other textural pieces. 

Opulant Ginger and Dianthus floral piece in red

 The food theme on this event for Elmore Toyota's grand reopening  had a mass of long red ginger, Monstera, Calathea, Sago and Dracena foliage's woven through the piece to create a waterfall effect. Shades of red dianthus shaped into spheres were places on large Monstera leaves. Plums Cafe used spandex linens on the tables to create a sculptured look for there food station. It looked great...

Roses in Spring inspired colors for a gate festoon

Buttercream, coral, yellow & white.varieties of South American roses, snowball viburnum, Billy balls, foxtail fern are woven into a design for a gate using curly willow as the base and white washed miniature clay pots are tied to matching colored ribbon for a bit of whimsy

Every other year in August Brussels creates an amazing carpet of flowers.
It fills the town Plaza. One of those design wonders of the world...Each time the Architect envisions a design inspired sometimes by culture, fabric or textile and recreates that vision for the whole world to see. We think its awe inspiring and breathtaking. All of us Chris Lindsay Designs want to go.
